In November 1989, Paul Snabel disappears from his flat in Moe, Victoria after a party. When his flat-mate reports him missing, police suspect foul play, and have their suspicions confirmed when parts of his bike are found in local dams and tips. When the detectives investigate Paul's final movements, they uncover a tangled web of deceit and lies.
